Meridional Brushland Runs Activity for More Trees in the State
On Friday, September 3rd, there will be a campaign march in the town of Pesqueira, in the Pernambuco Meridional Brushland, under the banner  “Join Us! Plant One More Tree for a Better World.”  The aim is to plant a million trees in Pernambuco by June 2011.  The march is being organised by the Caritas Diocesana of Pesqueira and the Plant This Idea Project, in partnership with other local activists from the town....
